- Your National Insurance Number
- If you and/or your current partner are employed and receiving salary - Payslips covering the calendar month prior to the assessment meeting.
- If you and/or your current partner are in receipt of Income Support, Income Based Job Seekers Allowance or Guaranteed State Pension Credit - Current letter stating how much you receive and/or the current payment book.
- If you and/or your current partner are self-employed - Proof of drawings taken from the business covering the calendar month prior to the assessment meeting.
- If you and/or your current partner's income is erratic - Proof of bonuses, commission, etc., plus the most recent payslips.
- If a student - proof of the student loan and/or any parental contributions.
ALL of the following which apply to you UNLESS they are part of the dispute:
Income:
- Proof of any benefits which you are currently receiving (i.e. Child Benefit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Disabled Persons Tax Credit, Housing Benefit, Guaranteed State Pension Credit, etc.)
- Proof of any other income (from investments or employment, including maintenance payments to you)
- Proof of savings currently held
- Proof of investments currently held
Expenditure:
- Proof of childminding costs
- Proof of housing costs
- Proof of any maintenance payments (to former partner and/or any dependent children)
You will not be eligible fo free mediation if your gross income (before deductions) is more than £2530 per month or if you have more than £8,000 in savings and capital assets)
